The business of Sutton Bowling Club Limited is managed by the Directors who are all members of the Company and shall be seven in number, or such greater or lesser number (but not less than four) as the members shall decide in General Meeting. The composition of the Board shall be such that at least half of the Directors are members of both the Indoor and Outdoor Clubs. Directors are appointed to serve for a three-year period at the Annual General Meeting, usually held in August. 



At every AGM, one third of the Directors or, if their number is not a multiple of three, the number nearest to one-third, shall retire from office. Directors retiring by rotation shall be those who have been longest in office, but they shall be eligible for re-election at the AGM.
